Last night in New York City the James Beard Foundation threw the food world's equivalent to the Oscars. And though he didn't walk home with the prize, Frenchman Arnaud Berthelier of the Four Seasons in Atlanta (Usher's hometown) was a nominee for Best Chef in the Southeast and joined the star-studded red carpet party at Lincoln Center.
