These days a trip to the gas station is enough to break the bank. And four-to-five dollar gasoline may not even be the worst of it. Trouble is, most hybrids and other alternative fuel cars have been wack when it comes to style, despite what they contribute to the battle against global warming.

Enter the Tesla Roadster and the just-announced Model S, an all electric 4 door, 5 passenger sedan to be manufactured in California by Tesla Motors. At about $60,000 (but projected to drop soon after) the Model S is a plug-in electric, meaning it gets Zero MPG -- there's no gas tank -- but about 225 MPC or Miles Per Charge. And it looks bad ass, too. Check It.
