The final numbers are in and it looks like Usher has conquered not only the US album chart, but nearly every album chart in existence as "Here I Stand" debuted at #1 in the US, Canada, Japan, the UK and Australia.

His 433,000 U.S. copies sold give him the highest first week sales total of any male artist this year. These are numbers that would be considered great in any era, but to do this in 2008, when record sales are at an all-time low, makes it an even more impressive feat.
